Description: This notice is for participation in the pre-qualification selection process as the first stage for a competitive tender. The outcome of the PQQ process shall be a shortlist of 4-5 top scoring contractors. The works are to carry out the replacement of a lead roof to the south aisle the Grade I listed St Nicholas Church in Arundel. Associated works will include conservation repairs to the oak roof structure and box gutters, repointing adjacent flint walls, repairs and redecoration to cast iron rainwater goods and associated scaffolding for internal and external access.
