As part of the programme, the replacement works include for the renewal of 30 flat entrance doors, as well as 28 stairwell, cross-corridor, and storeroom fire doors. Due to a pre-identified compartmentation issue, works to 16nr. of the flat entrance doors will require formation of a new fire rated GypWall Shaft and GypCeiling to enclose the existing electric meter cupboards, which will require repositioning of the flat entrance doors.
