U.K., Oct. 28 -- UK Parliament issued the following news:

The Conduct Committee has published a report on the conduct of a former member of the House. This report arises from a report by the independent Commissioner for Standards, following a complaint that the individual, who was at that time a member of the House, had breached the rule prohibiting bullying, harassment or sexual misconduct. Following an investigation the Commissioner found that the events that led to the complaint were non-parliamentary in nature and therefore fell outside the Commissioner’s remit.

The complainant appealed against the Commissioner’s finding, and the Conduct Committee has now dismissed the appeal and upheld the Commissioner’s finding.
