Today, we have published our accident investigation report into the capsize and foundering of the prawn trawler Odyssey (FR 70) on 29 October 2024.
The report, available via this link, contains details of what happened, subsequent actions taken and recommendations.
A safety flyer to the fishing industry has also been produced with this report.
