LONDON, Aug. 11 -- The government of the United Kingdom issued the following news:
Final call! There are just three days left until the government's third statutory review of the Pubs Code and Pubs Code Adjudicator closes on 14 August at 11.59pm. The review covers the period 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2025.
The Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 requires the Secretary of State to review:
* the operation of the Pubs Code
* the performance of the Pubs Code Adjudicator (PCA)
* the regulations setting thePCA's costs, fees and financial penalties
Tied tenants, representative organisations and other interested parties are encouraged to provide views and evidence to the review. A post-implementation review is running alongside the review too.
