The Office of the Public Guardian(OPG)hasannouncedthe appointment of 30 new general visitors and11 re-appointedgeneral visitors.
General visitorssupport OPG in supervising court appointeddeputiesand are public appointees.They also play a key role in investigations by conducting mental capacity assessments.
The appointmentscommencedin October2025and will runfor 10 years.They are:
